This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of operation of forest officers in forest districts located on land of forest fund and on forest land pertaining to the regional ownership. Forest officers shall carry out the following tasks: (a) forest management, protection thereof, including forest fires control and afforestation; (b) realization of forest management regulations; and (c) pursuance of state forest control and supervision.
