This Law regulates the notion of a golf course, a way of resolving property relations and other issues of importance to the golf course as essential elements of the development strategy of Croatian tourism. This Law also defines all necessary administrative and technical provisions aimed to protect the land, soil, property and other environmental characteristics of the land used for these specific purposes (golf courses), including also (article 12) certain forestry protection measures and standards protecting the forest areas near/or part of the golf court concessions.
