This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments to the Decree on the discharge and purification treatment of urban wastewater and rainwater. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning sludge treatment which, after processing, must meet the requirements for the use as fertilizer in agriculture, in accordance with the regulations governing the use of sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants in agriculture, or must meet requirements for the recovery or disposal of sewage sludge, in accordance with the regulations governing waste management.
