Commission Regulation (EU) No. 104/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for yellowtail flounder in NAFO area 3LNO by vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union.

The fishing quota allocated to European Union Member States for fishing for yellowtail flounder in NAFO area 3LNO is deemed to be exhausted as from 19 December 2013. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock from that date to fishing vessels flying the flag of or registered in European Union Member States.
