Regulation No. 77 amending the Pollution Regulation's Chapter 20 on waste and cargo residue delivery and reception by ships.
This Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 931, in particular with regard to harbour operators' duty to notify to the Norwegian Maritime Authority the delivery of waste and cargo residues as soon as possible after receipt.
