The Regulation partly amends Regulation No. 1325 with regard to the implementation of the Environmental Protection Act (article 10, section 1, art. 67, and art. 79, sections 2-3) and Act No. 936 (article 33, section 1 and art. 48). In Appendix 1 - it amends to: Council Directive 2013/17/EU of 13 May 2013 adapting certain Directives in the field of environment, by reason of the accession of Croatia. Appendix 1 - National emission limits for SO2, NOX, VOC and NH3 to be reached by 2010. Appendix 2 - Emission ceilings for SO2, NOx and VOC.
