The present Regulations are made under the Fianncial Farm Stability Act. In particular, section 3 of the Regulations establish the feedlot construction loan guarantee programme. The purpose of the programme is to assist producers in obtaining eligible loans to construct or expand feedlots. The text consists of 11 sections.
