These Rules, consisting of 25 sections, establish composition, duties and responsibilities of the Biodiversity Management Committees and Bodies, entitled to manage and protect sectors relating to conservation of biological diversity, sustainable use of biological resources and equitable sharing of benefits arising out of the use of biological resources shall be nominated by the State Government, in particular for forestry, agriculture and fisheries sectors.
