Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 354/2014 amending and correcting Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.

The present Regulation lays down some amendments and addenda to Annexes I, II, and VI to Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 in matter of organic production, labelling and control of organic products. The amendments concern in particular composed or fermented mixture of household waste, and certain products and by-products of animal origin. New provisions on biogas digestate containing animal by-products co-digested with material of plant or animal origin are inserted.
