Resolution No. 35/2014 approving the sub-concession contract for the establishment and exploitation of transport and distribution of electric energy and water, as well as water disposal treatment for its re-use.

This Resolution approves the sub-concession contract for the establishment and exploitation of transport and distribution of electric energy and water, as well as collection and treatment for waste water its re-use. The above mentioned contract, consisting of 9 Sections, establishes that the Company of Electricity and Water ELECTRA SARL signed with the State, the Concession Agreement for the transportation and distribution of electricity and water and collection and treatment of wastewater for its re-use. This Contract aims at regulating the sub-concession of the establishment and exploitation related to transport and supply of electric energy and water within the islands belonging to "Barlavento" between the Concessionary ELECTRA SARL and the Sub-concessionary ELECTRA NORTE, authorized by Resolution No. 19/2010 of 16 April, amended by Resolution No. 26/2011 of 8 August.
