This Regulation governs the manner, terms and deadlines for issuing the guarantees to be given pursuant to the Guarantee Fund in order to encourage economic development on the Croatian territory (Law on the Guarantee Fund for the stimulation of the economic development 34/2011). This Regulation also defines various technical aspect necessary for the concrete implementation of rules prescribed by the Law on the Guarantee Fund for the stimulation of the economic development.
