The present Regulation is made under the Utilities Commission Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation "Harrison Parties" means: a) Harrison Hydro Limited Partnership, b) Douglas Creek Project Limited Partnership, c) Fire Creek Project Limited Partnership, d) Lamont Creek Project Limited Partner. Section 2 establishes that the Harrison Parties are exempt from Part 3 of the Act in respect of: a) the Harrison Hydro Transmission System, and b) the provision of service respecting the transmission of electricity from the Cloudworks Projects to the authority's transmission system.
