The present Regulation is made under Heritage Conservation Act. In particular, section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that for the purposes of section 23 of the Heritage Conservation Act, sections 2, 3 (1), 8 (1) to (4), 9 and 14 to 27 of the Park Act apply to a Provincial heritage property.
