This Law prescribes various provisions and requirements aimed to regulate the following: maintenance and protection of agricultural land (on the territory of the Croatian Republic); agricultural land use and related administrative and technical standards and rules; change of use of agricultural land and compensation; the disposal of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic, (state-owned land); powers and duties of the Land Fund and of the Agricultural Land Agency; other specific administrative, inspection and penalty provisions. This Law is divided into 10 Chapters and 85 articles, including offences and related penalties.
