Regulation on the initial lease of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic for the lease and concession of ponds and compensation for water ponds.

This Regulation provides for the manner determining the initial rent of agricultural land owned by the Croatian Republic, for rent, for lease of ponds, and fees for water ponds. The correct amount is determined by the surface of the culture and land lot. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
