Decree implementing Commission Directive 2013/44/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include powdered corn cob as an active substance in Annexes I and IA thereto.

Pursuant to European Union legislation in force, this Decree provides for the inclusion of powdered corn cob in the list of active substances that may be used for biocidal products.
