Guideline No.4 dated 15 April 2013 on the applications for environmental permissions of type A, B, and C at the National Licensing Center (NLC).

The guideline No. 4 of 2013 issued by the Ministry of Environment, forests, and water administration lists the documents needed to apply for various categories of environmental permits. It consists of the following chapters: I- General Provisions, II- Application for environmental permits of type A, B, and C, III- Transfer of the environmental permits, and IV- Repeals.
