Quartz Mining Fees and Forms Regulation (Y.O.I.C. 2009/28).

The present Regulation is made under the Quartz Mining Act. In particular, the Regulation sets out amount of fees to be charged for activities falling under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 sections, 2 Schedules and 12 Forms.
