The present Regulations are made under the Farm Financial Stability Act. The purpose of the Regulations is to establish the “Intensive Livestock Operation Environmental Rehabilitation Programme” whose purpose is to provide financial assistance to intensive livestock producers to rehabilitate outdoor pens and manure storage and containment systems.
