This Order implements within the National territory EU Council Regulation No. 2080/92 creating the Community assistance regime for forestry measures in agriculture. It establishes the procedures for the submission, of single application (PU), applications for payment of Maintenance Prix (PM), Reimbursement for Loss (PPR), and applications for transfer of projects ownership regarding afforestation of agricultural land (FTA), approved under the Rural Development Plan (RURIS), and in the context of forestry protecting measures in agriculture, imposed by EU Council Regulation No. 2080/92 and the EU Regulation No. 2328/91. This Order standardizes eligibility criteria for payment and transfer requests. The provisions of this Order prevail over the normative acts of equal value in the case of conflict.
