This Law amends various provisions of many articles part of the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 79/2007 and 1252007). Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, official denominations and basic principles (provisions also prescribed by various Council Directives adopted), trade and marketing rules and minimum requirements, commercial rules, inspections and security procedures, financial and fiscal measures, competence and responsibility of local authorities, and many other consumer protection issues.
