This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the marketing of cotton and related matters. It establishes the Cotton Marketing Board as a body corporate and provides rules for the exportation of cotton. Cotton shall be exported by the Board or a licensed dealer. The Board shall have regulation-making powers.
