This Ordinance provides with respect to Rural District Boards. The Administrator may declare Rural Districts and in every district a Rural District Board shall be established. The Administrator may also appoint a Rural District Officer, whose duty it shall be to advise the Board. A Board may make by-laws for the good management and development of the Rural District. Moneys collected by the Board shall be credited to the Rural District Fund.
