This Norm, consisting of 22 articles, establishes specific instructions for Sustainable Forest Management Plan-PMFS. The PMFS and their Annual Operational Plans (POA) shall be prepared in accordance with the specific instructions appended in Annexes I-V. SEMA may at any time request further information, technical reports and details it deems necessary for correct analysis of the project. The documentation required in the preparation of PMFS/POA must be submitted in accordance with the provisions of Annex I, regarding ownership, applicant, technical manager and legal representative.
