Ordinance amending the Ordinance implementing Community market measures in the wine sector and the Wine Labelling Ordinance.

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance implementing Community market measures in the wine sector (BGBl. II Nr. 279/2013). In particular, article 29 on sanctions is amended. Moreover, the Ordinance amends the Wine Labelling Ordinance (BGBl. BGBl. II No. 111/2011). In particular, article 17 on residual sugar content; and article 11 on „Production of quality wine and table wine are amended.
