This Resolution, consisting of 16 articles and two Annexes, establishes parametres and procedures for Simplified Environmental Licensing within the State of Federal District. It aims at instituting the Simplified Environmental Licensing (LAS) as a tool for managing projects and activities classified as small potential environmental impact and establishes parametres and procedures for its implementation within the State. Activities with low potentiality on environmental impact, specfied in Annex I, are subject to simplified environmental authorization. Annex II deals with term of reference for the preparation of simplified environmental report (RAS).
