This Order, consisting of 3 Chapters divided into 22 articles, regulates the administrative proceedings arising from the inspection on plants carried out by the Department of Agricultural Defense Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Agribusiness of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It specifies legal and administrative proceedings for plant inspection. Violations of the law will be determined in an administrative proceeding initiated by the issuance of the Notice of Violation and procedures and deadlines will be established in each specific legislation.
