This Decree, consisting of 7 articles and 1 Annex, establishes the Renewable Energy Programme of the State of Paraná. The Renewable Energy Programme aims to promote and encourage the production and consumption of energy from renewable sources by small energy producing industries, contributing to sustainable development in the State of Paraná, with priority to regions of lower development. The term renewable energy source all electric energy originating from solar, wind, biomass, biogas and hydro generated in Central Hydroelectric Generation - CGHs and Small Hydropower - PCH.
