Commission Regulation (EU) No. 845/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for sandeel in Union waters of IIa, IIIa and IV — Management areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 by vessels flying the flag of Germany.

The quota allocated to Germany for fishing for sandeel in European Union waters of IIa, IIIa and IV Management areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 is deemed to be exhausted as from 15 July 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits to vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany fishing activities for that stock.
