Commission Regulation (EU) No. 980/2014 establishing a prohibition of fishing for skates and rays in Union waters of IIa and IV by vessels flying the flag of France.

The quota allocated to France for fishing for skates and rays in European Union waters of IIa and IV is deemed to be exhausted as from 22 August 2014. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for those species to all vessels flying the flag of or registered in France.
