Regulation on the import, export, production, processing of food supplements and their placing on the market.

The Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of import, export, production, processing and approval of food supplements, their placing on the market and traceability . It also sets forth the rules concerning the responsibilities of enterprises and their registration. The Regulation further establishes a Food Supplements Commission composed of officers of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and officers of the Ministry of Health.
