This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on simple pressure packaging (Official Gazette 135/2005). Changes are regarding the entry into force and concrete application of the prescribed rules and requirements, that are related to the conformity assessment bodies that will also depend on the Agreement on Conformity Assessment and Acceptance of industrial products with the European Union.
