This Resolution, consisting of seven articles, creates the Steering Committee for the implementation of the project "Strengthening Capacities of Adaptation and Resilience to Climate Change in the water sector in Cape Verde". It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, a top decision-making body aiming at the following: guiding and supervising the highest decision making level, implementing the project led by the coordination team, approving the work plans that are submitted to it, making budget revisions of the Project and making the decisions that fit within this framework.
