This Decree, consisting of 18 articles, creates the Multi-agency Integrated Centre for National Operational Coordination (CIMAN). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Centre, entitled: to monitor the situation of forest fires and controlled fires in the country; to promote the sharing of information about operations in progress; to seek joint solutions to combat forest fires; and to make the information available to the company through CIMAN Virtual, an electronic site designed to publicize and promote its ongoing actions.
