Regulation on phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction, spread and suppression of chestnut axis vitriol-Dryocosmus kuriphilus

This Regulation defines the phytosanitary measures aimed to prevent the introduction, spread and to offer concrete suppression methods (on the territory of Montenegro) for the protection of chestnut from wasp vitriol-Dryocosmus kuriphilus (harmful organism). Host plants are plants and parts of plants of the genus Castanea Mill. intended for planting. Chestnut wasp chough can enter the territory of Montenegro only for scientific purposes.
