Order SRE No. 139 amending Order SRE No. 93 on the reference values for the determination of the ICMS tax for cattle, buffalo and pigs for slaughtering purposes.

This Order amends Order SRE No. 93 on the reference values for the determination of the ICMS tax for cattle, buffalo and pigs for slaughtering purposes. Amendments specify that interstate operations for cattle or buffalo slaughtering, the ICMS will be calculated on the current price in their Region, plus ten percent, being adopted as minimum values the published by the State Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (SEAPA) at its website: www.agricultura.mg.gov.br.
