This Order partly amends Order No. 140, in particular the insertion of a new article (6a). The amendments now also apply to the transfer of land whereby the financial responsibility for its management and transfer to another natural or legal person by sale, lease, termination of lease or any similar type of transaction. The amendment also applies to those assuming financial responsibility for the operation of one or more areas from a natural or legal person by purchase, lease, termination of lease or any similar type of acquisition. It also amends the deadline for submission of subsidy request which is now mandatorily electronic.
