Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 546 of 2014).

These Regulations amend the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration) Regulations 2007 in regulation 3(6) by adding a new paragraph regrading the period of validity of waste facility permit granted under these Regulations in respect of an activity which falls within Part I of the Third Schedule of these Regulation.
