This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards, techniques and requirements aimed to define the organic fiber production and related raw materials processing, including the specifications of their origin and type, the list of allowed and prohibited ingredients used in processing, processing agents, auxiliary agents, additional pigments, and other substances that would become a part of textile, also closer defining the working conditions and providing a concrete waste disposal plan. All raw materials for fiber production on the territory of the Croatian Republic must be organically produced.
