This Norm regulates Irrigation System for 2014/2015 within Rio Grande do Sul. It specifies technical and general criteria for the assessment of water availability, as provided in Resolution No. 146/2014, for interventions of water resources for irrigation purpose related to the crop 2014/2015, together with the financing and licensing bodies:
