This Declaration establishes the Annual quota for commercial spanner crab fishery, according to section 44 of the Act. For the ITQ year 2015 to 2016, (1) For an ITQ year, the annual quota for spanner crabs that may be taken from the commercial spanner crab fishery (managed area A) is 1631t.
