The present Ordinance implements the Law on fishery and on the protection of aquatic animals and their living conditions (Fishery Law) of 10 June 2008. In particular, its purpose is to ensure the efficient and correction enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Protection and promotion (II); Patent and tenancy (III); Final provisions (IV).
