Commission Implementing Decision 2014/917/EU setting out detailed rules for the implementation of Council Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the notification of the presence of harmful organisms and of measures taken or intended to be taken by the Member States.

This Decision establishes the content of the notifications to be submitted by Member States to the Commission and the other Member States relating to the presence or the appearance of any harmful organism as referred to in Directive 2000/29/EC. Furthermore the Decision specifies the deadlines for submitting those notifications.
