This Regulation lays down specific provisions for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1217/2009, which sets up a network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings in the European Union. These implementing provisions regard thresholds of economic size, number of returning holdings per Member State and per farm accountancy data network (FADN) division, methods for the calculation of particular types of farming specializations, the definition of other gainful activities directly related to the holding. Moreover this Regulation establishes the form and layout of presentation of the accountancy data for submission to the Commission.
