This Regulation prescribes the detail conditions and various requirements all aimed to define the recognition procedures and procedures for obtaining the designation of still wines on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including: names and official denominations in terms of geographical indications/origin; methods and practices for the correct and authorized production (including sweet wine, sparkling wine, quality sparkling wine, aromatic sparkling wine, semi-sparkling wine, slightly carbonated wine); dried grapes and wines of overripe grapes with geographical indications; administrative content of all necessary forms and applications; content of technical documentation and other conditions for registration of geographical indications; and various additional rules all defining the designation and recognition of wines. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
