This Regulation establishes the official methodology to be implemented and used when dealing with the elaboration/making of the preliminary assessment on flood risk (potential flood risk analysis, data collection on floods, analysis of long-term tendencies that influence the degree of flood risk, climate change related factors) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
