Regulation on oenological practices and oenological methods of production for must, wine and other products.

This Regulation prescribe oenological practices and oenological methods for the production of grape must, wine and other products (including various technical aspects of wine and winemaking except vine-growing and grape-harvesting; certain labelling issues; and adopted international principles, known as International Oenological Codex). The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
