This Regulation defines and regulates the work, duties and responsibilities of all Ministries and other administrative bodies, determines the organization and operation of state administration and regulates the issues necessary for the execution of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, as well as other issues of importance for the organization and operation of state administration. The bodies defined by this Regulation are also part of the following Montenegrin Ministries: Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Transport; Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; Ministry of Environmental Protection and Physical Planning.
