This Regulation defines all necessary conditions for the performance of certain specific professional activities in the field of exploitation of mineral resources on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. This Regulation also prescribes the rules and requirements for professional activities as follows: handling of mining machinery and plants in the process of exploitation of solid mineral resources, oil and gas; rescue in the pits and on the exploitation of oil and gas fields; handling of explosives and blasting devices; installation and maintenance of machinery, electrical equipment and installations in mines endangered by explosive firedamp or dangerous coal dust or facilities for the exploration and exploitation of oil, gas and layered water, which are endangered by the presence of explosive natural gas.
