Regulation on the guidelines for establishing the audits are carried out under the provisions of the Regulation on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law and regulations on health and animal welfare.

This Regulation provides for the guidelines establishing the audits that will be carried out on the basis of the article 4, paragraph 6 of the Regulation on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, and regulations on health and animal welfare ("Official Gazette ", 99/2007 and 74/2008). The Annex, containing the complete Guidelines is an integral part of this Regulation.
